Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are incorporated into all bookings (whether made online, by telephone, by email, in person or any other method) and all agreements for the provision of services by Camila Hayes Personal Stylist.

Definitions

“We” means the team of Camila Hayes Personal Stylist;

“Services” means colour analyses, personal styling, wardrobe edit and personal shopping and any other services provided to you by Camila Hayes Personal Stylist;

“Client” or “you” means any person who contracts with Camila Hayes Personal Stylist for the provision of Services.

Styling Sessions & Payments

Payment for styling appointments and gift vouchers must be made upon purchase/booking. Payments are to secure the appointment and are non-refundable. If an appointment is cancelled it will be forfeited. Gift vouchers may only be exchanged for Services and no cash rebate will be made for appointments shortened at your request.

Your session will begin and last the duration it is booked for and it is your responsibility to arrive on time. On the occasion when a styling session runs over, extra time will be charged AUD 60 per half an hour and AUD 110 per hour. It is your responsibility to keep a track of time and allow yourself adequate time for any tailoring services required, checking out the shopping, bagging of goods by the department stores.

Postponement and Cancellation

If you wish to reschedule or postpone an appointment you must give us no less than 2 days notice before the appointment is due to start. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being cancelled. If we can agree on an alternative future date any payment will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment but cannot be refunded. If you request rescheduling with notice less than 2 days an admin fee of AUD 30 will be applied.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If no date is specified on the voucher the holder must make an appointment. If the holder wishes to postpone an appointment, they must inform us not less than 48 hours before the appointment is due to start.

 Relationship with Stores

Camila Hayes Personal Stylist does not act as an agent for any of the stores to which we may introduce you or accompany you for shopping. Contracts for the purchase of goods are between you and the relevant store and the terms and conditions of sale and requirements regarding price, returns, defects and all other issues will be such as the store may impose or as you may agree with the store. Camila Hayes Personal Stylist has no liability for the quality, condition or performance of any goods which you may purchase during, or as a result of, the provision of Services by Camila Hayes Personal Stylist.

Style Events

We require a minimum of 5 days’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. You are entitled to a full refund for any cancellation made over 5 days minus 10% cancellation fee. If the notice is less 5 days and admin fee of AUD 50 will be deducted.

Location

Camila Hayes Personal Stylist is ideally placed for services within Westfield Bondi Junction & Westfield Eastgardens. You can, of course, choose your preferred location. If you are located outside of Great Sydney or NSW, travel costs will apply.

Home Visits

For styling at your house, we allow a minimum of 3 hours service for Personal Styling home visits. Anything more than this is subject to additional rates.

Privacy

You will automatically opt into Camila Hayes Personal Stylist system upon booking an Initial Free Consultation, filling the Style Questionnaire or entering one of our giveaways. (with the option the opt-out later).
